In this two-day course the Hilton Imperial Dubrovnik’s Executive Chef, Gabriele Savini will present Japanese cuisine and teach participants how to prepare delicious authentic Japanese meals like: Sushi e sashimi, Yakitori Don, pork and cabbage in Japanese style, fried rice with salmon e fava beans, different types of Japanese Tempura and chicken karaghe… Additionally delegates will also discover the secrets of food presentation Japanese style. After completion of the cookery class, on Thursday 27th of May, participants will enjoy a special six-course Japanese dinner served with the traditional Japanese chopsticks in Hilton’s Restaurant Porat. Price per participant is 450.00 KN and includes the cookery class, cook booklet, six-course dinner with wine and parking in the underground garage. Gabriele Savini, an Italian born chef with envious international experience who has worked in many prestigious restaurants that are awarded with a Michelin stars, hosts cooking school. Next cooking class, which will take place on The 30th June and 1st July, will present Cold Summer Cuisine. |
