| Postal stamps can be purchased in postal offices or at kiosks. Most post offices are open throughout the day, only in the morning on Saturdays, and are closed on Sundays. Working hours are extended during the summer time in many post offices. Public telephones can be used only with phone cards, which can be purchased at post offices, kiosks, hotels and tourist resorts.
