| Arrival by boat Dubrovnik has excellent boat connections to other Croatian harbours and to Bari Harbour in Italy. Dubrovnik also has daily boat lines to the nearby islands (Koločep, Lopud, Šipan and Mljet, and seasonal lines to Korčula and Lastovo). Gruž Harbour is 2 kilometres from the Old City. Jadrolinija Agency, banks, ATM, exchange offices, parking lot, Konzum Supermarket, Srđ Department Store, open-air green market, Petka Hotel, several agencies, Rent-a car and the Dubrovnik Tourist Board Information Office are located in close proximity to the harbour. The Old City is about 20 minutes walk from the harbour. Buses no. 1a, 1b and 8 will take you there in about ten minutes. The bus ticket, which you purchase on the bus is 10 kunas, but you can buy it at the news-stand at the price of 8 kunas. The taxi stand is in close vicinity to the harbour, and the fare to the Old City costs about 70 kunas. The price for luggage is 2 kunas per piece.
