We have an honour to inform you that „7th Mediterranean Fair of Healthy Food and Medicinal Herbs“ will take place this year in Dubrovnik again. The fair will be held in the period from April 09th to 11th 2010 at the Hotel „Valamar Lacroma resort"- Babin Kuk...

Of course, this year again, we have prepared a series of educational roundtables, lectures, presentations, and attractive cultural, entertainment and culinary events.

In order to improve health and quality of life and preservation of the eco - system.

Mediterranean food and herbs

At the fair, except food products and medicinal plants, there will be presented cars with electric and hybrid drive made by world-known producers, eco - furniture, clothes made of natural materials and souvenirs that are consistent with the working title of the fair.

We shall organize traditional „Mediterranean Table" that will be hosted by famous culinary canzoniere Mr. Veljko Barbijeri. At the „Mediterranean Table“ we intend to present culinary offer of our restaurants, hotels, taverns, pastry and bakery shops in order to promote healthy food in the catering offer.
